Customers are allowed to inspect the product at the time of delivery. If there is any issue such as damage, defect, or incorrect product, the customer must report it immediately at the time of delivery.
If a valid issue is reported at the time of delivery, our team will review the request and initiate the refund or replacement process if applicable.
Requests made after the delivery process may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable time frame.
