Peperonata – Peppers with onion and tomato – F.lli Saclà S.p.A.

Red and yellow peppers are served in a tomato sauce with onion slices and this Peperonata, a classic summer side dish in Italy, is perfect to be served with plenty of recipes. It can be served hot as a side dish or cold as an appetizer: it matches beautifully with meatballs and potatoes or as a sauce for hamburgers, but also placed on toasted bread, as a bruschetta.
